y3s Debt Rescue was formed in 2007 by the y3s Group, a highly respected group of companies based in Cardiff that spans finance, IT., recruitment and property investment. The group was formed in 2001 and has grown organically and acquired businesses over 8 years.
The company’s philosophy has always been to provide the best customer service to its clients via courteous, well-trained and well-rewarded staff that have a pleasant working environment in which to carry out their role.
Operating out of state of the art offices in Cardiff Bay partly funded by The Welsh Assembly Government, the company has received many awards and accolades over the years and is a veteran of the Wales Fast Growth 50. The company was awarded ‘National Employer of the Year 2007’ by Sir Trevor McDonald at the Orange National Business Awards, beating prestigious names such Innocent, Barclays and Asda, to take the crown.
